Pros and Cons. Pros: -Dogs are allowed (with breed restrictions). This is 80% of our decision to move here. There are 2 dog waste bag stations around the property, so it's pretty easy to pick up after your dog. They keep dog cookies at the office, so dogs are both allowed and welcome. -Kitchen is as advertised, although smaller than what I was used to. -Although we moved in after pool season, there is a pool area which looks clean and pleasant for summer use. -The staff have been friendly and accommodating to me and my pup, so I'm confused by the other reviews of unprofessional staff. -Door buzzer calls your cell instead of buzzing, which is convenient because you can buzz in the UPS guy if you get a lot of Amazon stuff while you're out, but not if you lock yourself out without your phone. -Programmable heat, if you're into that. Cons: -Very expensive.. For a 3rd floor 2br unit with 1 dog, our rent is $1584. For what's included, it seems high. -The apartment is small. A neighbor told us these apartments were once Section 8 housing with new paint and appliances. I had to buy a utility shelf for the kitchen to use as a pantry. -The appliances are not great. There is no microwave included in the kitchen, the dishwasher does not have jets for the top rack. The fridge, while an appropriate size, hits the wall when it opens. I haven't tried the AC yet. The bathroom outlets only work when the main lights are on. The water pressure on the 3rd floor is a bit low.The second bedroom, which I intended to use as an office, has no Ethernet port. The first floor apartments, while less expensive, do not include an AC. I've heard the laundry is not great, either.

  • Very Good experience, probably one of the safest apartments in Dover. We stayed there for an year and it was good. Staff is very supportive, great maintenance and quick response in case of issues.
